Hero of Alexandria invented a steam engine, but it was never put to work. It was only used as a parlor trick. There are many explanations of this phenomenon, but one that strikes close to home is that the Greeks didn’t need technology because they had access to cheap labor through slavery. I’m not implying that programmers are treated like slaves–far from it–but they seem to be considered cheep labor. In fact it’s so cheap to produce software that most of it is given away for free, or for the price of users’ attention in ad-supported software. A lot of software is just bait that’s supposed to entice the user to buy something more valuable, like beer.

There are currently (2019) two versions of WARC: 1.0 and 1.1, formally ISO 28500:2007 and ISO 28500:2017, respectively.
Version 1.0 formally specified that URLs in the WARC-Target-URI field should be surrounded in angle brackets, but erroneously did not show this in examples. Implementations largely followed the examples, with the notable exception of Wget, a popular WARC-producing program, which, since February 2016, has used the angle brackets, with the result of breaking much of the software that reads its output. The angle brackets were eliminated altogether in WARC 1.1.

Не, ну если ты умный, то тебе все понятно. Роговица-хуица, увлажнение-хуение, слезы-хуезы, а если не моргать — то зрение упадет и жопа отвалится.
На меня такое объяснение действует так же, как и на всех остальных — успокаивает. Но оно никак не объясняет, почему у меня до сих пор жопа не отвалилась.
По-моему просто у какого-нибудь древнего предка, саблезубого прото-залупода, закрепился невроз, помогающий отгонять мух, которые в глаза серут. А потом так и осталось, потому что один хер не мешает. Вот и моргаем с тех пор по десять раз в минуту, как долбоебы.
Я программист, мне всюду костыли мерещатся.
