Tried to purge acetone from ABS with a little heat, now the surface is still smooth, but the part itself grew bigger and a lot of bubbles appeared underneath the surface. I suppose i'll have to deal with persistent acetone smell coming from my parts if i'm to use the acetone smoothing tech.
