A Tor T-shirt may be earned for running a router under two conditions: Operate a relay that has been running for two months and averages 500 kB/s. Operate a relay that has been running for two months, averages 100 kB/s of traffic, and allows exits to port 80. If a user signs up for T-shirt notifications, their average bandwidth is calculated using the observed bandwidth field reported in their descriptor file (see the Low Bandwidth Notification information about this field). If the router is up for two months and its average bandwidth is at least 500 kB/s (or 100 kB/s for exit nodes), a notification is sent. This notification type should only be used by relay operators who may rightfully claim their T-shirt.
