In a country with the highest death rate from Capital Punishment bar none, I fail to see anything remotely humorous about a program entitled 'The Noose'. To attempt to make a joke of Singapore's pathetic attitude towards human rights is just sick and totally ignorant. How would we feel about an American Comedy show called 'The Electric Chair' ? or a German one called 'The Gas Chamber' ? Celebrating the deaths of thousands of human beings is no joke.
